Bandai Namco has released new information and screenshots of Taiko Drum Master: Nintendo Switch Version! introducing three of the game’s multiplayer party minigames.

Omikoshi Battle

Omikoshi Battle is a game played with two teams. Match the rhythm and carry the omikoshi shrines.

The signal to clash is when the omikoshi shrines shine. Mash buttons during a clash to blow away your opponent.

Janjan Wanko Soba

Slurp and eat soba while matching the rhythm that it goes into the bowl.

When the ramen comes, be sure to blow on it. Blow on it four times to eat it without any any problems.

Kabuki

Dance while following the pattern of the baby chick dancing in the middle of the room.

By clearing the minigame, you will unlock higher difficulties.

Taiko Drum Master: Nintendo Switch Version! is due out on July 19 in Japan, and in Southeast Asia with an English language option day one patch on August 9. If you are at World Hobby Fair Summer 2018 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba on June 23 and 24, Taiko Drum Master: Nintendo Switch Version! will be playable.
