Apple fans, you may want to clear your calendars for the first week of June.
Apple today confirmed that the dates for its 2019 Worldwide Developers Conference, aka WWDC, are June 3rd through June 7th. The even will take place in San Jose, CA at the McEnery Convention Center.
WWDC is primarily a developer event, with Apple hosting technical sessions, hands-on labs, and guest speakers to help devs learn about macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS and make their apps better. That said, Apple also hosts a keynote during WWDC, and we typically get a preview of new features coming to platforms like iOS and watchOS during that keynote. For example, in 2011 we got details on new iOS 11 features like an iOS App Store redesign and improvements to the Messages app.
Recent rumors have suggested that iOS 13 could include a dark mode, enhancements to CarPlay, and iPad features like a new home screen and improved file management. What features would you like to see added to iOS 13?
