Users are required to install Windows 10 Build 17763.529
(KB4497934) to start receiving the final bits of Windows 10 May
2019 Update. Build 17763.529 also comes with several other
improvements for both consumers and enterprises.
As always, you can open the Settings app and check for updates
to receive this cumulative update. You can also check the build
number in Settings > About to make sure the update
hasn’t already installed on its own. To update systems

Microsoft has fixed an issue where users experienced redirects
between Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. The patch also
includes for an issue that may cause old Edge browser to
hide annotations added to a PDF file, such as inked notes,
highlights, and comments.
Microsoft is also updating Internet Explorer with a fix for an
issue with scrollLeft. The update also includes various other
changes, but most of them are aimed at enterprises and

receive the May 2019 Update. In the changelog, Microsoft says
that this cumulative release introduces functionality that
would allow users to decide when to install a feature update.
This means you can finally control when your PC should install
the feature update. If can delay the feature update (May 2019
Update) and still receive future cumulative updates.
After installing Build 17763.529, you’ll find a new module
on Windows Update settings page. The module gives you the
option to download and install the May 2019 Update.
