Rogue Heroes

Heliocentric Studios has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos, a four-player co-op action RPG with roguelike elements that combines procedural dungeons with an “expansive overworld full of secrets,” and is backed by Square Enix Collective.

At $20,000 in funding, Heliocentric Studios will be able to release Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos digitally for PC in mid-2018. While the studio has yet to announce stretch goals for the campaign, it also hopes to release the game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch.

Here is an overview of the game:

Rogue Heroes is a co-op action RPG in pixel art inspired by 16-bit classics like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Harvest Moon while adding modern features and design. Rogue Heroes is far along in development towards the early access release coming shortly on PC. With your help we can finish out the PC version to 1.0 and release on Switch, PS4, and Xbox One.
